This page explains how shipping works for physical products sold by Bodyandsouldesign by Purifico LLC.
If you purchased a digital product (such as an eBook), please note that digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
1. Shipping Destinations (Physical Products Only)
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).
Orders may be delivered to valid U.S. residential and business addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare your order for shipment.
You will receive:

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volume.
3. Estimated Transit Time
Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Typical total delivery timeframe: 4–10 business days from order placement to delivery.

4. Shipping Fees
Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order (U.S. only)
No minimum purchase required.
No hidden fees or surcharges.
Applicable sales tax, if required by law, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping fees apply to physical products only.
5. Carriers & Tracking
We ship using reputable national carriers such as USPS and UPS.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after shipment.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We may reship the order once the address is corrected.

A $5.00 re-shipping fee may apply.

If the customer chooses not to reship, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide:

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier errors after confirmed delivery.
8. Service Disruptions
Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or federal holidays may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

Digital products (eBooks or downloadable content):
