At Bodyandsouldesign by Purifico LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process.
This policy applies to physical products and digital products separately, as outlined below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States only.
Digital products (such as downloadable eBooks) are governed by separate terms described in Section 8 below.
2. Return Window (Physical Products Only)
You may request a return within 20 days of:

The delivery date (for shipped orders), or

The purchase date shown on your receipt (for in-store purchases).
Requests submitted after the 20-day window are not eligible.
3. Eligible Physical Items
We accept returns for defective and non-defective physical products, subject to the conditions below.
Non-Defective Items

Must be new, unused, and unassembled

Must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories

Must be in resalable condition
Defective or Damaged Items

May be opened or used

Photos may be required for verification

Original packaging should be retained when possible
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

Custom or special-order items

Gift cards

Digital products (see Section 8)
5. How to Start a Return (Mail Returns)

Email [email protected] with your order number and explanation.

Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (PDF).

Pack the item securely and ship using the provided label.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return shipping is free for approved returns. No restocking fees apply.
6. Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
Exchanges are processed by mail.

Follow the return steps above.

Non-defective exchange items must be new and unused.
Price differences:

If replacement costs more, you must pay the difference.

If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
7. Refund Processing (Physical Products)

Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
Carrier delays or shipping slowdowns are not grounds for refund unless the item is lost or damaged.
8. Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital product sales are final once access has been granted.

Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.

Refunds may be granted only in cases of verified technical failure or duplicate billing.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:

The product has been accessed or downloaded.

There is evidence of abuse, file sharing, or redistribution.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of digital content is strictly prohibited.
9. Fraud & Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated for a delivered physical or digital product:

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.

We may suspend or terminate future purchasing privileges.

Access to digital products may be revoked.
Fraudulent refund claims may result in account restriction.
10. Important Notes

Returns without prior authorization may be declined.

Missing packaging for non-defective returns may result in denial.
-
Weather or carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
We reserve the right to make the final determination on all return eligibility.
