Bodyandsouldesign by Purifico LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to secure, transparent, and reliable payment processing for both physical and digital purchases.

This Payment Policy explains accepted payment methods, transaction processing, fraud prevention measures, and related billing practices.

All online transactions are securely processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).

We currently accept:

We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

In-Store Payments

For in-store purchases, we accept:

  • Mobile wallet payments

  • Cash


2. Pricing & Checkout Total

The total amount charged at checkout may include:

  • Product subtotal

  • Flat shipping fee of $5.00 (physical products only)

  • Applicable sales tax (if required by law)

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

The final total is displayed before you complete payment. There are no hidden processing fees or surcharges added by us.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order fulfillment.


3. Payment Authorization & Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

For online purchases:

  • Your payment method may be subject to authorization checks.

  • We may delay or cancel orders flagged for fraud review.

  • Digital product access is granted only after payment confirmation.

Physical products will not ship until payment is successfully confirmed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim with delivery confirmation or digital access logs.

  • Access to digital products may be suspended during investigation.

  • Future purchasing privileges may be restricted.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a dispute.


6. Taxes

Sales tax may apply depending on your state and applicable laws.

Tax calculations are based on shipping address and current regulations at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update tax handling if required by changes in law.


7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Your order will not be processed.

  • Digital downloads will not be delivered.

  • You may attempt checkout again using a valid payment method.

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank due to declined transactions.


8. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


9. Currency & International Use

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you use an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. We are not responsible for such charges.
